Remembering who I am
Monday, January 4th, 2010When I was growing up, I was always surrounded by animals.

My childhood memories include caring for cats, dogs, lizards, turtles, chickens, pigeons, and rodents, though not in that order :). So many times I would go to the pet store or zoo and connect with a critter of some sort. I felt so bad looking at them pinned up in a cage. I would do my best to tell them that they would be okay and that I would send them love even when I wasn’t near by. I swore that they understood.
