July Foster Dog of the Month
Dillon was rescued from a very high kill shelter. He was EXTREMELY matted & dirty, so much so that he had to be shaved down. In this recent photo, taken 7/10/09, his hair is just about long enough for him to finally get a schnauzer cut!
Dillon is a SUPER SWEET 4 year old boy who loves to play and loves to give kisses.
He’s in love with life and gets excited about pretty much anything.

He would love to have a human in his life who could take him on long walks.
He’s full of energy and is a little overweight for a schnauzer, so exercise is a necessity for him.
Dillon doesn’t have any complaints.
Dillon loves to LOVE
He’s a very open-minded dog, ready and willing to listen to the humans in his life. He currently lives with several dogs, cats and a duck. He has not shown any interest in any of the cats. He has initiated “play time” with the duck. (His foster mom is hoping to catch that on video soon.)
Dillon gets along VERY WELL with other dogs. See him playing with his foster brother in the video below.
